BELLA FARANDA
Bella is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and experienced Crossfit Coach who enjoys getting people moving in ways they enjoy. Bella specialises in weightlifting, gymnastics, cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and coordination. Bella has advanced experience and knowledge with writing programs and engaging with healthy populations and those with chronic conditions. Whether you’re looking to increase your fitness, strength or want to learn new skills – Bella can provide you with the coaching to do it!
AMANDA TURNER
Amanda (AJ) has been running PT & group fitness sessions for people of all ages and fitness levels for over 12 years. Amanda also has experience with working with clients with disabilities, through the NDIS. Amanda specialises in boxing, strength, interval training, sports specific training and kids/ youth fitness. AJ knows that you’ve got to find the right coaching vibe that suits the individual, so that’s why NASH FIT offer free trial sessions for you to see if our coaches style is the right fit for you!
